DESIGNS/LOGOS

 You may select up to:

• 1 Embroidery Design
• 2 Screen Print Designs

New embroidery designs are subject to a one time digitizing fee.

Logos can be emailed to us. 

Preferred file formats: PDF, JPG, SVG

If you can provide the pantone color numbers for your company logo, we can easily match our embroidery threads or printing inks to best represent your brand.

APPAREL SELECTIONS

We recommend that you select no more than 20 items for your store. 

However, if your staff or organization will benefit from more selections, we will work with you on this.



TAKING ORDERS

Stores can be set up to take orders on an ongoing basis, or for a limited time.

Your store can be set up for customers to self pay, or you we can invoice you for the total if you are allocating funds for your staff to purchase apparel.

If your store is set up as a fundraiser, we recommend that you give your customers two weeks to place orders. 

We can always open the store again at a later date to give customers another opportunity to order.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Production times will depend on the amount of orders submitted each day.  We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible once we receive it.

For large group orders, production is typically 2-3 weeks from the time the last order is received.

PRICING

All items are priced to include logo placement.  Personalization will be optional on specific items at an additional fee. 

STYLES & AVAILABILITY

Our distributors may change styles and/or pricing to follow seasons or trends.  We will notify you if a style becomes unavailable to discuss a replacement.

In addition, if you see a new style on our main store, please let us know if you would like to make any adjustments to your selections.

PICK UP

We recommend that customers pick up their orders at one of our two locations to avoid high shipping costs.

You can also pick up a group order and distribute the orders at your location.

All orders are bagged for each customer with the customer invoice when pre-paid.

Group orders will be tagged and bagged for each customer.

FUNDRAISING

You are able to choose the percent markup for your store for fundraising purposes. All items will follow the same markup.

At the end of the fundraiser, after all orders are fulfilled and payments are received, we will issue a check to your organization.
